Revelation 9
King James Version
9 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven unto the earth: and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit.
2 And he opened the bottomless pit; and there arose a smoke out of the pit, as the smoke of a great furnace; and the sun and the air were darkened by reason of the smoke of the pit.
3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power.
4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads.
5 And to them it was given that they should not kill them, but that they should be tormented five months: and their torment was as the torment of a scorpion, when he striketh a man.
6 And in those days shall men seek death, and shall not find it; and shall desire to die, and death shall flee from them.
7 And the shapes of the locusts were like unto horses prepared unto battle; and on their heads were as it were crowns like gold, and their faces were as the faces of men.
8 And they had hair as the hair of women, and their teeth were as the teeth of lions.
9 And they had breastplates, as it were breastplates of iron; and the sound of their wings was as the sound of chariots of many horses running to battle.
10 And they had tails like unto scorpions, and there were stings in their tails: and their power was to hurt men five months.
11 And they had a king over them, which is the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.
12 One woe is past; and, behold, there come two woes more hereafter.
13 And the sixth angel sounded, and I heard a voice from the four horns of the golden altar which is before God,
14 Saying to the sixth angel which had the trumpet, Loose the four angels which are bound in the great river Euphrates.
15 And the four angels were loosed, which were prepared for an hour, and a day, and a month, and a year, for to slay the third part of men.
16 And the number of the army of the horsemen were two hundred thousand thousand: and I heard the number of them.
17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and brimstone.
18 By these three was the third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
19 For their power is in their mouth, and in their tails: for their tails were like unto serpents, and had heads, and with them they do hurt.
20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:
21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.
The term I introduced for this chapter, focusing on the initial part of the message, firmly asserts that Lucifer is indeed Satan. By analyzing and comparing other scriptures, the truth of his identity becomes evident. The following verses describe a demon, challenging the belief that there are no depictions of angels or demons. Here, a detailed image is presented. To understand this, we must first grasp a common concept: God is the creator of everything. However, the Bible specifies that everything was made through God, not directly by Him. This suggests that while everything exists because of God, others also have creative abilities. God made us equal and joint heirs, giving those who believe and follow Jesus the same power and authority that Jesus had during his life.
This suggests that Satan created beings to serve his kingdom of darkness and evil purposes. Many of these evil creations were destroyed or banished by God. Everything God made was good and reflected His image. The creature described here lacks any of God's characteristics and is not good; it acts as an agent of death, such as sickness.
Before moving on, I want to clarify that many of God's angels have unusual appearances, resembling various beasts. However, these images are not their true forms; they are chosen projections with specific meanings related to their identity or purpose. This is similar for demons, but these animals represent characteristics of God, which is not the case here.
In verse 4, it is mentioned that the demons could not harm those who had the seal, which is God's mark, setting them apart from the mark of the beast. This mark identifies those chosen by God, particularly Christians, signifying their presence during one of the tribulation periods. This affliction seems related to judgment or wrath, yet it does not affect them as expected. They are protected because this trial serves to sift and separate during the tribulation period, distinguishing the weak in faith from the lukewarm. God acknowledges their separation from non-believers, as they are sealed. The affliction lasts for five months, a number symbolizing grace.
The concept of the horsemen represents a battle, with this trial serving as preparation for a larger conflict. It is a time of training for God's chosen, involving sifting and shaking to distinguish falsehood from truth and the wicked from the righteous.
In verse 15, four angels are released, representing the number of foundations. This leads us to a deeper understanding of the word and my vision from God for some during this period.
God revealed to me that we are entering the first tribulation period, with another to follow involving judgment and divine wrath. This will involve a shaking and sifting in the world, bringing forth God's truth and separation. It will be both a physical and spiritual time of alignment, where physical manifestations will mirror supernatural events. For instance, those with eye issues may gain the gift of spiritual sight along with understanding its significance. God is forming spiritual partnerships, dissolving incorrect alignments, and ending unequally yoked partnerships. This alignment is essential for building the new kingdom. The tribulation will uncover many mysteries and truths, and significant natural destruction will occur in certain areas. This period will involve dismantling flawed foundations, with world war and its destruction serving to cleanse the earth, preparing it for new growth and the establishment of a new world post-war and final judgments. This will occur on this earth, not another, as God prepares His people and aligns them with their true partners for this time.
It is clear that God is preparing to execute judgment on those who do not repent. By the end of this period, the world will recognize the two opposing sides. Once these sides are established and the stage is set, God will again cover us with a veil, allowing those left for judgment to succumb to the great deception and be misled by the power of the antichrist. At this point, the antichrist will be one man, not merely many antichrist spirits, rising as the adversary of Jesus. Many will mistakenly view him as a savior, but he will be the devil incarnate.
The message I have for the people is, first and foremost, not to fear but to trust in the Lord. Test every spirit for truth to avoid deception. In addition to repentance, cease resistance and understand that while unequal marriages have been attacked by the enemy, and while marriage can be saved, it is crucial to be aligned with God. If your marriage fails, it may be God sparing you. This marriage is in His hands, and the time He has given is now up. God calls you to respond immediately. Your work with the Lord is imminent. True believers will rise, prepared and empowered, gifted and blessed, and they will be rewarded. Now is their harvest, and God will no longer tolerate incorrect alignments. He will provide something new and superior, beyond fairy tales, bringing peace and abundance. God will bestow prosperity akin to Abraham, delivering His people into their promised land. They will be set apart and protected, yet they will witness tribulations. Tables will turn, doors will open, and tears will be wiped away, for it is your season.
